Sent a PM to Kiara, but right after sending ah lost the privilege to even read PM's so don't know if she tried to reply so will post here

Ah have always paid for mah account via automatic payment (ie SOE sends the bill and the bank automatically pays it on the 4th of every month), but now after 5 years and 11 months mah account has been closed because SOE didn't send out the bill

Ah periodically take time off from playing (but keep paying so when ah get the urge to play ah just need to make sure ah'm patched up-to-date) and don't check the forums as often as ah used to so missed the notice, only found out as ah logged in to check everything was patched before registering SWG

Mah main question is: if ah re-subsribe to the All-Access/Station Pass, will it still be charged on the 4th of the month or will it change to the date ah re-sub?

I did try to reply and couldn't.

Your best bet is to call CS (if that's feasible) and explain the situation to them. They'll have answers that I won't be able to give you.

Greetings,

It sounds like your ability to PM was turned off when the subscription expired. That happens automatically. As Kiara mentioned, contacting phone, chat, or e-mail support would be the best way to resolve this issue. We'll need to ask you for some information that we can not request over the forums. The following link contains all of our contact information:

http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...p?p_faqid=10404

You can create a new account to speak from and access the live chat there, if chat is your best option.

Basically just want to know: is the billing from the date you (re-)subribe or is it on the 4th of the month regardless of what day you (re-)subscribe?

Not an expert but have years of billing history with SOE, recurring billing will start on the resubscribe day. You don't pay for the days you missed.

Thank you, have had years of continuous automatic billing on the 4th (even though initial subscription was on the 14th) so will just wait until the 4th of next month then to re-start

Because of that, the billing wont always be on the same date.

Hmmm, it has always been on the 4th of the month since May '05 when ah switched to the Station Access to play EQ & EQ2, before then it was always the 15th of the month

Feel free to send me a PM with your station name when you can and I'll check into that for you.

Sending a PM might be tricky, as ah don't have an active account

Wait, are you saying getting the bill on the same date for the past 4 years was a bug

I really couldn't tell you why it would bill like that without checking the account, though.

It was a (bad attempt at a) joke about it being a bug, but ah did like the consistency of the bill always being paid on the same date and would really like that to continue

How can ah give you mah station name without being able to use PMs? (that is not meant to sound nasty but a genuine query as ah would like this sorted)

If you can't send a PM then you will need to contact me through phone or e-mail support. Ask that the ticket be assigned to me and I will take a look at it and respond via e-mail. You can find our contact information a couple of posts back.

You can just go to the following website:

http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...p?p_faqid=10404

Click on the 'E-mail Support' tab on that page, log in with your name and password, then fill out a ticket. If you do it that way then you'll want to check it regularly, though, since you wont be checking your e-mail for updates.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
