So what settings can i change to get more FPS, just did some upgrades and still not happy

<p>Upgraded to windows 7 from xp and ram from 2 to 8 gigs. Also upgraded my video card from a 8800GT to a BFG GTX275 OC card.</p><p>E6600</p><p>8 gigs of ram</p><p>BFG GTX275 OC</p><p>Raptor Drives</p><p>Win 7 64</p><p>Trying to get the game to play on the 2nd highest setting at a suitable frame rate, in the guild hall its 30-40, but in a single group it gets crushed to under 10.</p><p>I know the processer is a bottleneck but with my motherboard there are really no upgrades really worth it.</p><p>Are there some settings i can turn down some to increase my FPS, i play at 1900 reso also.</p><p>Thanks for the help</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>You might want to try limiting particle effects if the problem is mostly effecting you in groups.  That's usually the biggest drain on performance when fighting in a group.</p><p>Also, it's worth noting that Windows 7 isn't really an upgrade at this point.  It's shaping up to be a good operating system but the current level of driver support will probably result in a performance decrease for the moment.</p>
