Hello,

what browser do I have to use to be able to use the help area? Beside the ugly certificate error which I get in both IE7 and FF, I have now the additional problem that the list of my questions to support is now longer than one page and sorting or paging does not work at all, I see only the first page with the tickets from 2006. Currently I am using FF 3.5.2 and IE7 7.0.6001.18000CO. How am I supposed to access my current tickets?

Though it's not a premanent fix (that will have to be done on this end), any browser used should be able to still reach our Support site by adding an exception to the certificate block.

It is not the bad certificate, I can get over it, although I think it is extremely unprofessional to provide an encrypted connection for sensitive data with a bad cert just to save 100$ for the correct cert. The problem is when I want to change the sort order of my tickets to get the newest one on top or want to page down to page 2 to see the latest ticket and want to answer to that this is just not possible, with neither browser. The screen stays just the same with the 20 or so tickets from 2006-2008 on the first page.

Edit: It seems to work if you close all browser windows and then relog to help.station.sony.com, which seems to be some cookie issue then.
