Relinn the Wisened Fisherman

<p>I spotted a new NPC in Thundering Steppes today by the Mara bell, a fellow named Relinn <Wisened Fisherman>. I'm not sure if he has wised up or if that's "wizened" misspelled. Hailing him left me no wiser, at any rate. </p><p>Does anyone know about this fellow?</p>

<p><span style="color: #00cc00;">I've seen him hanging aroudn the Mara bell but I have no idea what he is for either. also seen a Master Jeweler in SQ near where they sell the Vender Jewelery. </span></p>
