View Full Version : I just bought the game and it is ignoring my account key

<p>Hey all, jsut bought this game in the hopes of something saving me from age of conan. The problem is that I can't login because it says i have no subscription and every single time i try to subscribe by entering in my account key it says i already used it. the First time i used it, it said i had activated my account for everquest 2. However, soon after, i tried to login and it said i needed to subscribe. So then i figured ok it must need my credit card info. So i went to the site to give it and all it does is tries to make me buy the 19.99 game pack that i already purchased. I have never been on a site that made it this hard to sign up for a game you jsut paid for. I cant return the game tierh because its of course a computer game so I am hoping someone can post a response to this post because i feel like i jsut wasted 20 dollars for nothing.</p>

My account - upper right hand side of the forum</p><p>2. logon with the account information that you registered the activation key to</p><p>3. you should be able to setup the subscription frm there</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It's hard to tell exactly what happened based on your description.  Could you PM me with your account name?  With that information I should be able to locate the account and find out what happened.</p>

<p>I think I might have the same problem, I had a free 14 day trial when I went in but then that stopped and I still had a 30-day trial activation key which would give me 30 free days and a special dire bear mount I believe I put this in a while ago and then it said I got the bear mount but when I tried playing I needed to subscribe so did I lose the 30 day when my first 14 I automaticly had ran out or is this a technical problem?</p>
