<p><span ><p>Hello, I'm having a little bit of trouble getting my subscription going with my new everquest 2 account and I'm also concerned about a few things.</p><p>Back when i was a kid i tried out the everquest 2 demo and didn't subscribe afterwards because i had a bad pc and the monthly was out of my price range at the time, but i recently saw the entire everquest 2 collection (the shadow odessey) on steam and decided to give it a go on my new pc, but i have a concern and some questions.</p><p>When i was younger i was fairly paranoid about giving out my details online so i made the account with a different last name, and this is the same account i tied my recent purchase to. So i was wondering how i can go about updating those details (and the secret question to one i will actually know) to the correct ones, and i was also wondering if this old account will affect the free 30 days I'm supposed to get because i kept getting a "pay to continue playing everquest 2" screen when trying to find the price of the game through the sony store before deciding to just puchase it on steam. Also not sure about this whole station monthly fee thing it keeps trying to sell me. If i have to activate a $40 a month fee to play the game it's a deal breaker for me.</p></span><span ><p>Any help clearing these issues up would be appreciated.</p><p>EDIT- (still having problems) It's not giving me the key for the shadow odessey expansion like it did when i first installed the rise of kunark base pack <img src="../../station/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /> And it's also trying to charge me for a monthy fee right away (which i can't afford to pay for another 2 weeks) instead of giving me my free 30 days.</p></span><span ></span></p>

<p>Have to double post because this section has no edit. I reposted this here from the newbie section because i didn't see this support section earlier.</p><p>I've decided it's probably simpler to just transfer this entire purchase over to my new huntaxxxx account. Please contact me asap about doing this if possible. If It's not working in the next couple of days I'll just to to have steam refund my purchase.</p>

Thier hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific, you will need to adjust those hours to match the time zone that you live in. If you attempt to contact them outside of their normal business hours on live chat you will probably get a down for maintence screen, check your local time, convert to pacific and try again during their normal hours </p><p>If you tied the keys to an existing account you will NOT get the 30 day bonus, this is for NEW accounts only. If it is a new account, you still need to tie a billing method to the account to recieve the 30 days, it will not be charged until after the first 30 days has passed, if you cancel before that time nothing will be charged. If you are using a game card, you are stuck for the 60 days.</p><p>Far as refunds go - you might want to review the terms of service for steam, you may not be eligble for one</p>
