<p>So, I know this may have an answer, I searched the forums and couldn't find it, however...I just recently completed my Soulfire quest (long overdo), and while in Operation Overlord, I noticed that whenever I moused over the Throne of Thex, it mentioned that "The Headrest looks as if something could fit inside of it." Or something to that effect (unfortunately, it was pop up text, so it wasn't logged). Likewise, the Overseer tells you that the key to finding the prophecy lies within the Throne. I'm not sure if anyone has figured out HOW, but I feel almost positive that some item will allow you to receive the prophecy. Maybe not, maybe its just foreshadowing, but it seems like it would be an awesome way for people to find out and have the actual prophecy of Queen Elizerain. I can go dig up the exact logs next week (I'm leaving in a few hours and will be without internet for the week).
