Installation Issue

<p>I just renewed my subscription for this game and wanted to reinstall it via the download, I do not have the discs. However I am getting a runtime error in C++ and it also is saying "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate."</p><p>Any ideas? Or will I have to ask for a refund?</p>

You can do this via the telephone or the Search the knowledge base link in the upper right corner. Of you get a page saying the site is under maintainence you are trying to contact them while they are closed.</p>
