Has anyone else recieved this rather annoying message while trying to log into one of their characters on Bazaar or one of the other exchange servers:

'Your account does not have the features to play on an exchange enabled server'

This is a right pain to say the least all my characters are on Bazaar, which means none of them are playable . Things were fine 12 hours ago when I was last online, was there some kind of update?

I have been playing on the Bazaar server from when I started playing about 6+ years ago, I'm not located in the US but in the past all that did was stop me from participating in the sale and purchase of exchange items, is this some new added restriction to make the exchange servers purely the domain of US citizens? It would be a shame because I have a lot of friends over there

Telani

*Sighs*

I'm having same issue... all my chars are on the Bazaar, and I can't log-in. Never had this problem before..... and yes I live & play in U.S.

FIXED: I did a full scan and that solved the problem.

Thanks for the update, Blue_Ice28!

Dioneese1: Can you attempt a full scan as well? If that has no effect, please PM me with your Station Account name so I may further check into the situation!

It has nothing to do with where you are Dionesse1 - so don't worry about that. It's affecting plenty of people in the US as well according to in game chat channels.

You don't have to run a full (time consuming) scan like Blue_ice28 either. You just have to quit out, and try again. It seems there's some bugged zones or something because it seems to happen to people who's characters camped out in specific zones more often than other zones.

Whatever is wrong though it's on SOE's side and it doesn't appear to have anything to do with where you are Dionesse1.

edit: And for the TSR who posted in the meantime - people say they can just quit the game and restart to try again and it'll let them in on the 2nd try so it isn't an account specific error. It might be 1 login server malfunctioning or something is my guess.

I was told the issue is known at the least, but any available information is light on this end so far - I'll be certain to let you folks to know if I can get more information on this - Otherwise, please expect it to be fixed in the near (near) future!

I have got this on login the last 2 days. Several others in the guild are getting the message also. Seems to have started after the Tuesday 8/4 hotfix. I play in the US and have been on Bazaar for 3.5 years. The workaround has been to just login again and if that doesn't work, select another toon to play.
