<p>Back in November 2008, I bought a year's subscription to <span style="border-bottom: 1px dashed #0066cc; background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%; cursor: pointer;">Everquest 2</span>. However, today when I tried to login to my account, the launcher said I needed to re-activate and took me to the page to purchase a new subscription. When I went to my account subscription page, it said my EQ@ subscription was closed (yet ironically, my MXO sub was active even though the game no longer exists). According to my calculations, I should have at least 3 months remaining on my existing subscription.And since it's the weekend, I can't figure out a way to contact customer support.</p><p>Does anyone else know anyone else having similar issues? Also, I submitted a ticket, but does anyone know a way I can contact a GM or tech support person who can fix this problem today?</p>
