<p>This has been an ongoing issue for 6 months or more. Various city zones stop reposnding when zoning. It locks your character out from the game until the server responds (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours or the next day). Typically West and South Freeport do this to us, sometimes Commonlands.</p><p>Sometimes the character appears to be zoning, only to go to (or return to) character select. It happens almost exclusively on weekends.</p><p>About half the time an error message is displayed saying <em><strong>"Server did not respond in a timely manner and may be backlogged. Please try again in a few minutes."</strong></em></p><p>One of us might be in that zone waiting, and the other character fails to zone in. When we did a "/who" we found there was only one character in the zone (our lone character still in the game). If that is a backlog, what will happen when the next expansion is released?</p>
