old player is back but my character is missing

<p>my account was canceled at january of 2007 and eq2player have my character: xunao and the last day played was january of 2007 so it wasnt stoled neither deleted but when i log in on my account at the game my character xunao isnt there.</p><p>i didnt delete it and i am on the correct server and so moreover my character is on eq2players<img src="/smilies/1069449046bcd664c21db15b1dfedaee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />unao on crushbone but when i log in crushbone withmy account it isnt there.</p><p>i have read many post of old players that they lost their characters when they come back and gm reroled back their chars.</p><p>plz i need help because i only had this characterand i wont create other</p>

<p>my character wasnt deleted because it is on eq2players.</p><p>my characters wasnt hacked because i canceled my account at january of 2007 and eq2players show me that last time loged was January 15, 2007January so nobody have loged with him since  i canceled my account.</p><p>i have done a petition on your page but i am waiting yet</p><p>PD:i tryed /camp xunao with other char but nothing</p>

<p>Make sure the region is correct, on the old launcher, it is a drop down box on the EULA, on the new station launcher it the preferences setting under file that can be accessed after you logon. Crushbone is a US server. If you have the region wrong it will not show the character</p>
