So i bought EQII online when it released in July 07 and tried it out. I either though i canceled or forgot to cancel but never logged back in.

For better or worse, extenuating circumstances, i just now realized this and have been billed a total of about 400$ over the course of the last 2 years on my credit card.

I canceled the account today. Is there any way i could get any reimbursement for this account since i never logged in after the 30 free days?

If the answer is no, I just want to ask this and maybe save myself and others some time.

I have not done it, but hypothetically, If i duspute it with my credit card company and ask them to stop payment on any recent billings that havent been payed, what would happen?

Thanks

Greetings!

My best recommendation as to recieving some assistance on this situation is to contact our Phone Support at 1-858-537-0898. You can do Chat or E-mail support as well, but I find them to be a little indirect for an issue such as this.

Explain your situation there as you have here and hopefully they can assist in some manner. You can even mention you spoke to me on this issue (They know KenC!) and they'll speak with me on this if necessary.

Let me know if you need further information!
