Don't worry the Crimson Lord isn't going anywhere, but he does have a short farewell message for one of our beloved lore devs, The Dragon Expert. If you use the Ring of Fate down in Nagafen's Lair you hear this message from him...

Lord Nagafen says in Draconic, "Fare thee well, Lord of Lore... Mayor of Maj'Dul... Architect of Unrest... Hallower of Halls."

Ahh, another reference to Vhalen related to the Ring of Fate. I always carry the ring, but I never through to use it down there. Very cool find, and now I'm wondering if there are still more out there...

Whew! I though I would have to do a major set of questlines to get that ring (Not even sure how to start that quest!)

After all 3 are done, you're given a new quest to seek someone out in Pillars of Flames, and the rest of the questline is straightforward from there.

I wish I could buy that ring back off the Shady Merchant. It was one of those items I sold by accident.... back before you could buy back the last 10 items sold.

Up to the last quest for Blades I believe, not sure if I can solo it yet?

Of Fate and Destiny gives +80k faction though, think you got them mixed up?

Actually, Naggy and the tomb both refer to Jindrack (figured the Dragon Expert in my post would have given that away). I did have the Jindrack's Lucan D'Lere Action Figure on me as well as using the Ring of Fate (using and not just wearing).

So how is it that you actually saw this? Like I mentioned, when I activated the ring of fate, it evac'd me out of the zone, so does Nagafen suddenly react as soon as you use it?
