I thought I had the latest expansion

<p>Hello,</p><p>I am new to EQ2. I just started playing the beginning of May and thought that I had the latest expansion and found out recently that I did not have TSO. I wwas under the impression when i bought this account that I had purchased all the available expansions. I would have waited on buying game if new expansion was coming out soon, and I would have bought the latest expansion if it was available. I an a eq1 player so I know that the expansions are understadably needed. I just upset to know that I a looking at buying an expasion so soon along with play time.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>If you would like to PM me with your station name then I can tell you exactly what you purchased and why you might not have the expansion.  Without looking at your account it's going to be hard to say what the problem might be.</p>

<p>It says I dont own it either but I have the box here in hand and even uninstalled my old EQ2 and installed the game from the box(before my DVD drive failed) since then i downloaded it. I do have the TSo Expansion. matter of fact it always says you dont have the last expansion, for me anyway.</p>

<p><cite>Wingrider01 wrote:</cite></p><blockquote><p>did you enter the activation key from the box?</p></blockquote><p>That's a definite possibility and one you'll want to check.</p><p>Besides that, are you actually unable to access TSO zones/content?  It might be showing that you don't have the expansion simply because you are missing one of the /claim items that came with one of the versions.  The retail boxed and digitial download versions had different /claim items associate with them.  So, if you purchased the retail then the download may still show up for purchase.  Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
