I'm leaning towards parry, then block for the first two. Which would you choose, or would choose something entirely different?

Here's a good website if you need to look them up: http://www.britlore.co.uk/eq2/adornments.php

Although not all fabled, here's generally how I have my adornments setup:

Helm: Scintillating Epiphanic Imprint (+100 Power)Chest: Smoldering Prismatic Applique (+7 All Stats)Shoulders: Scintillating Rugged Straps (+100 Health)Forearms: Smoldering Glancing Splint (+8 Parry)Hands: Smoldering Occult Stitching (+30 Spell Damage)Legs: Smoldering Gritty Brace (+16 STA)Feet: Smoldering Gritty Spurs (+16 STA)Neck: Smoldering Judicious Clasp (+12 DPS)Ears: Smoldering Intellectual Backing (+16 INT)Rings: Smoldering Epiphanic Polish (+100 Power) or Smoldering Rugged Polish (+100 Health)Wrists: Smoldering Balanced Fastening (+3% Parry)Waist: Smoldering Combative Buckle (+30 Combat Damage) or Smoldering Spry Buckle (+3 Attack Speed)Sword: Smoldering Balanced Ayr Stone (+3% Parry/Riposte)Shield: Lambent Balanced Strut (+1% Increase Block) or Smoldering Spiked Strut (+75 Damage Reactive)Bow: Smoldering Judicious Composite Gear (+12 DPS)

There's also a fabled shield adornment that will give you +2 Melee Crit; the +1% block was nerfed so that it's no longer an uncontested increase in block rate, so it's not what it used to be.

Of course, which adornments are best also depends on the gear; you'd use some different adornments for a DPS set than you would a tanking set. And naturally you'll really only want to invest in the fabled adornments for pieces that you'll be wearing most or all of the time. In terms of priority, I'd first make sure your epic fabled/mythical, forearms and wrists have their fabled adorns first.

Thanks much! My ranger has a parry self-buff, which taught me the value of parry (makes a big difference). But had no clue about block.
