3.0 delay weapons for the rest of us?

<p>Hey all... I have recently obtained my fabled epic, and have been searching for a good match for it in my off hand. I have searched and read both here and at eqflames, and any other site I could find. However I can't seem to find any 3.0 delay weapons that aren't from raid mobs, other than the Darkbone Sabre of the Eidolon from Befallen: Halls of the Forsaken. I haven't been in there yet, not sure how hard that zone is. I group with casual players from my guild... <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" /></p><p>I was just curious if anyone had run across any 3.0 delay weapons that they use in their offhand with the fabled epic? I know there are the level 72 master crafted ones that are only 70-something DPS... <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" />  I was hoping someone had run across some drops that didn't require two or more groups.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>I'm using the Natsar Short Swort from the Emperor in Sebilis /CoA with my Myth due to lack of a fabled alternative for now. Damage Rating of 88 is not great and it's 6s instead of 3s (which works nicely with a 3s main due to being a whole multiple) but the high max damage kind of offsets the bad DR when you've got lots of meelee crit. Now I just need to talk those dumb scouts out of bidding on 3s weapons and get Claw/Nox or something like that for my zerker twink...</p>

<p>I recently got a decent 3sec offhander off the 3rd named in WOE.......while not the greatest weapon it was far more attainable for me than some of the others. <p>Unless they changed the delay Kelkrin's Side Ax-aITEM 653394071 -1749854419:Kelkrin's Side Ax/a dropped off Guard Captain Kelkrin in Atrebe's is a good 3 sec delay from an instance.</p>

<p>The mastercrafted axe is actually pretty darn nice compared to many other legendary and fable drops. With 50 STA nd 50 STR plus the hate proc increase and adornment, you really have a winner till you find a better upgrade. I raided Shard of Hate the other day on my fury and a nice one dropped. I dont remember the delay but the stats and proc made this a [Removed for Content] nice upgrade for my zerker (if I had brought him). Scout got it and that SWEET azz chain helm that drops there. I'm just returning to the game after a long break but from what I've seen that SoH one is the easiest to obtain. Someone who raids their zerker more might prove me wrong tho.</p><p>My friends would still argue the age old question of more dps with a shield and that AA line we dont want to talk about. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" /> Personally I've never parsed it to check so I have no idea. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" /></p>

There's another 6s weapon that pairs up okay: aITEM 1713102137 -230572736:Najenaar Blade of Chaos/a It's a consolation prize weapon for when Hollow Tower gives an exquisite that's not a Ring of Readiness. +15 str +40 sta +175 health +100 power +5 slashing 208 - 386 (6.0 delay) When equipped * Enraging Presence - When target is damaged with a melee ewapon this spell will cast Enraging Presence on target's attacker. - - Increases Threat to target by 50

<p>I got the Dissector from Kor-sha a week or 2 ago.. should be some raids looking for a zerker for that one depending on your server. (The AOE damage from the zerker is very nice to help controlling the adds and the orbs). all the weapons linked here are a no go. the only decent 3sec delay weapons are from RoK and not allowing us any character progression. hammer of travenro and claw of khalen are the only 2 decent 3sec delay weapon in this game we shouldnt be forced to go to RoK when we are almost 1year in TSO if we want to get a 3 sec delay weapon. making the ethernaut claymore an offhand would be a start.

<p>   If  you get  into SoH  try and pick up the  harbinger kite shield, with it equiped  you can  dps group encounters alot  better then  with dual wield. I get some of my best parses  on 5 training dummies with it, this is with a mythical.</p>
