Hotfix for 7.28.09

<p>Our usual Tuesday hotfix is going to be delayed.</p><p>The plan is still to push the hotfix tomorrow (Tuesday, July 28, 2009) but it won't be at 7am PDT.</p><p>When I have the updated information, I'll be sure to let everyone know.</p><p>I don't know yet how this will affect the 9pm PDT (5am for London folks) push for our UK players, but I'll post that as well as soon as I know.</p><p>Thanks all!</p>
