Smoldering Scroll of Blessing Not Working

<p>I noticed that if you adorn your Cudgel of Obviation with the Smoldering Clemency of the Pontiff +45 heal amount adornment, the Smoldering Scroll of Blessing does not work.  I see Restorative Ubiquity effect on my weapon, but my Heal Mod stat does not change.  Do you think this is a bug like they had with the Smoldering Pontiff's Second Sight +3% Crit adornment not allowing the Sathirian Scroll of Benediction (+3% Crit) to be applied?</p><p>Modified 1/3/10: Removed broken image links.</p>

<p>I think I might try throwing that one at Domino in the Tradeskill forums and see if perhaps she can get a look at it.  It might not be "properly" a Tradeskill issue, but it definitely involves it and she might be able to get some action on it.</p>

<p>I found out it's actually working, just doesn't update the Heal Mod info correctly.</p>
