Server Down/Doesn't Display All Characters

<p>Lately, for the past couple of weeks or so I have noticed every once in a while when I log in it only shows 4 out of my 7 characters and says the server is down when in fact I know its up.  It usually in the past had not been a big problem as I would just relaunch the game and it would be ok.  Now its been quite a while and I cannot get past this.  I have checked the server status and it says all servers are up, but again it shows these 4 chars and below them says server down.  I can't get past this.</p>

<p>At a glance, it seems like your system may have network troubles when communicating with our login servers. Setting up port forwarding my assist there. Otherwise - if you can send me a PM with your account name, I'd like to check and see if your account is in full health from here.</p>
