<p>How long is a typical response time to in game support petitions?</p><p>I submitted an issue around 6PM MST last night and have not heard from anyone yet. I'm wondering if this is an unusually long period of time or not.</p>

As far as response, another online game that I play start 36-48 hours on response, longer if it is a account compromise issue</p>

<p>Check the <a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10404" target="_blank">Support Contact Page</a>, which gives the support team's hours as M-F 10AM-7PM Pacific.</p><p>I suspect they have limited staff on the weekends.</p>

<p>Right.   We always have some semblance of GM support for our games around and working, though it may lessen some during the weekend. If you ever would like a status check on your particular petition,  you can PM me with the reference # on the petition itself!</p>
