I didn't know what forum to post this under so i posted it under this one anyway, I am trying to patch the game via Station Launcher but i keep on getting a pop-up saying "There was a problem confirming the checksum for file C:Program FilesSonyEverQuest II (GB)lp_tempKeyboardseq2_keymap_EQ.ini_delta_7653_4 .patched Please try again. If the problem persists use the help mmenu above for more info and help. Station Launcher will try again after 30 seconds.

And thats it, it just keeps appearing every time. I wondered whether to delete the file or not. Thanx in advance to anyone who helps.

It's tough to say where your issue lies without more information - But if you're using Windows Vista, can you try the following 3 fixes and have another go at launching the game?

If you use XP, can you also try Fix 3 and let me know? Thanks!

Fix 1:1. Right click on Station Launcher icon and go to properties2. Go to the compatibility tab3. Click on "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select XP Service Pack 24. Check "Run this program as administrator"5. Click Apply6. Right Click on the Station Launcher icon once again7. Click "Run as Administrator" Fix 2: 1. Make sure you are logged in on an Administrator account.2. Navigate to the Station Launcher folder (Usually c:program filessonystation will contain the Station Launcher folder)3. Right click on the Station Launcher folder and go to properties4. Click on the Security Tab5. Click on the Edit button.6. Go through each username or group listed and make sure all "Allow" boxes are checked7. Ensure that no "Deny" boxes are checked and click OK. Fix 3: 1. Select the START button.2. Select RUN, then type in "msconfig" (for Vista, type msconfig in the search bar at the bottom of the Start Menu)3. Press OK4. Select the STARTUP tab.5. In the list, uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY. If you use Windows XP, please note that SCANREGISTRY and SYSTEM TRAY will not be listed - just uncheck the entire list.6. Hit apply and then OK. Restart the computer and try the game again.
