You do not have an Everquest 2 subscription?

<p>I get this message. I have been playing fine for 12 odd months. I played 2 days ago. Can someone please tell me why?</p><p>My options are "Subscribe" or "Close".</p><p>If I go in to subscribe, they want to charge me again - is this just an Everquest trick to get a customer to pay extra? What do I need to do to sort this out.</p><p>PS: I find the technical support for Australians really poor.</p>

<p>Sorry - I don't use Vista either. I use Windows XP. And like I say, it has been working for 12 months.</p>

<p>Sorry I didn't have a chance to reply but it looks like this was all handled while we were out for the weekend.  My guess would be a billing failure caused the account to close, though, if someone else experiences this issue.  Please let us know if you need any assistance in the future.</p>
