Hi
I am having a problem with this 14 day trial. I'm getting really frustrated coz all I want to do is PLAY

Basically, what is happening is during game play, game freezes and I get the following message

"EQ has detected that your client may have crashed"

Now the longest I have managed to play was 8 and a half minutes before it crashed, the shortest was basically as I took my first step after entering my world!

I downloaded the trial, removed the trial, downloaded it again and updated it and still the same thing. Does anybody have any idea what the problem is and how I could fix it. I'm not very techie though, so no abv's or techie talk!!

Thanks for any suggestions - I just want to play EQ!

We'd be happy to help you here if you can provide at least the first four sections of your DxDiag file (instructions for obtaining it can be found here) and post it here!

Not quite! All that tells me is you're behind a router and your connection speed is nice and quick!

This would be what I'm looking for (if you're using Windows Vista):

To create your DirectX Diagnostic (DXDIAG) information:

Run DXDIAG.EXE from your Start menu (the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu)

When the DirectX Diagnostic tool opens, click on the SAVE ALL INFORMATION button on the lower right, next to the EXIT button.

Save the DxDiag.txt to your desktop or other easily found location.

Copy and paste the contents to your thread.

Your graphics card just barely meets the minimum requirements for the game and is using drivers that are around 5 years old. I would advise downloading and installing the latest drivers available through the nvidia website. You should be able to find those here:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/inde...aspx?lang=en-us
