New HD/ OS... no game discs. Error loading LaunchPad or Station Launcher.

<p>So im using windows 7.  </p><p>when i try to open the station launcher, it brings me to a web page, and thats weird. on top of that, theres a status line near the top that tells me its updating then gets an error with this message.</p><p> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Update Error: IDS_UNABLETOWRITE - C:Program FilesSony Online EntertainmentStation LauncherMainmsvcm80.dll</span></p><p>ive done the steps on the page, but it doesnt do anything for me. so i try to launch it from the launch pad. (i downloaded the link on the EQ2 page that says need to reinstall game)  and that one gets through most of the normal launchpad loading screens then when it gets to the graphics loading it says error unable to open everquest2 launchpad graphics, or something to that effect.</p><p>Like i said, i dont have the discs to reinstall the game, but i really want to figure this out, i just got back from my honeymoon and want to get in game and tell a few people about my trip, and i cant!!! </p><p>not to mention, i sure would like to get back playing. any other info or anything would be fantastic.</p><p>everytihng on the computer is new, so other then the OS, launchpad, station launcher, and AV my computer is void of files, so i dont think its any sort of software conflict going on.</p>

<p>the latest drop of the station launcher uses a web broswer update method, so that would explain the web page.</p><p>Where did you pull the station launcher down from? <p>thats where i got it from before, but i deleted it, and am redownloading and installing... lets hope for the best!</p>
