When trying to download a patch on testserver this morning, it gave me an error saying, "Not enough free disk space. Space available is 0 MB, space needed is 1842 MB. Please free up 1842 MB and reattempt downloading." I'm not sure why it is giving me this message because I have well over 25 G remaining. What can I do to fix this?

Greetings,

The test server downloads to a different folder so is it possible that you have it directed to another drive that doesn't have room? You'll probably want to check what location it is downloading to.

Besides that, I would also suggest running the disk defragment and error checking tool for the hard drive you are planning to use.

It is all on the same drive, C. I tried defragmenting it as well as checking it for errors. However, none of this has worked. Are there any other possible ways to fix this?

Greetings,

What patcher are you using. Is it the standard patcher that only displays Everquest 2 or is it the station launcher that displays all of our games. If you are not already, I would advise trying the station launcher. You can download that from the following location:

http://launcher.station.sony.com/

Also, make sure to perform a full file scan when starting the download. Let me know if the problem persist at that point.
