account closed????

<p>Recently got updated mastercard with new exp date on it, same credit card I've used since playing eq1 years ago, every time I've gotten an updated one, never had an issue until now, ok, so I go to log in, says I can't so I check the account, find out it's because of the card, I update the info, it still doesn't charge the card, now the account says closed, I tried contacting chat support, typed out my problem, only to reach the end, hit submit, and get "we're sorry, chat support is closed at this time for maintenance". so what now?</p>

<p>I figured it out, wound up having to re-sub the whole thing for it to work, altho now it's completely messed up my bookkeeping on my budget now having a different date when the sub comes out of the bank account, but oh well, such is life lol, thanks for the reply tho, appreciate it /thumbs up</p>
