Racial Respec Merchant for guild hall?

<p>This will NEVER happen.  Aeralik...er I mean SOE is constantly saying that race has no meaning for game play.  If they were to add such a merchant followed promptly by every scout becoming a ratonga or Dark Elf, every caster becoming a Erudite etc... then they would have a hard time maintaining that refrain.  Also there is one valid issue they have.  If you want that uber Dark Elf, iksar, Fae or High Elf BUT you want it for a class only available for the opposite alignment, just roll whatever and betray as soon as you get to the guild hall.  Kinda eliminates the entire betrayal quest line they have built into the game and they have made it clear thats not going away anytime soon.  I suppose you could make it "only changes to same alignment or neutral" but thats not what people want. </p><p>If they were to ever add it though, bets that it would be Station Cash you need to pay real money for?</p>

I don't know where my friend heard it but it seems station cash will soon buy us a race change,  which is crap IMO, races (and gender) should be more easily changable, maybe limited how often you can do it free, but should be free if you don't overuse it. My friend also said anther racial revamp is coming. I don't like paying cash for it (well who does), but name changes can let scammers hide so I'm ok with that one.</p><p>(this is probably the wrong category for this post hehe)</p>
