Guild halls

<p>Anyone else having problems zoning/logging into guild halls (again)?</p><p>SOE - any ETA on getting the problem solved?</p><p>/Najena server.</p>

<p>Still have all but 1 toon (that I dont play) locked in guild hall. Now going on 6+ hrs. ETA? Or at least some sort of announcement instead of just silence. Guildies have petitioned it as well but have not received any answer yet.</p><p>/Frustrated.</p>

<p>A couple of people in my guild has petiitoned it as well with no response.  I guess since it only effects a couple of guilds it is not a priority to respond to.</p>

<p>So far I count 4 Guild Halls down on Najena:</p><p>Rage</p><p>Via Solara</p><p>Ancient Valor</p><p>N Friends</p><p>That's just from a quick request for affected guilds in the 1-9 channel.</p>

<p>Well, a GM just put in lvl 1-9 chat that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. Though an announcement on the forums would have been nice to <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Communication is the key word.</p><p>/aka Aerine Da Wizzy Luvs Trouby's.</p>

<p>I understand that the operating hours for support are Monday thru Friday (PST), so Sunday isn't a legitimate day as far as support is concerned. It is kind of a pain that a GM addressed the problem but we've yet to see any results or further follow-up.</p><p>I did just try to log one of my "trapped" toons in and was told to try back later, so I'm assuming the problem is still ongoing.</p>

<p>I have seen both dev's and tech support online at the forums today. They have answered other threads - like threads about in game chat not working - but zones being down causing a lot of ppl to not be able to log in is neglected? I would think that customer service to paying customers would include at least letting them know why they can't log in to a game they are paying for, and more importantly an ETA on restoration of service/game. Especially on a lengthy error like this one.</p><p>EQ2 operates 24/7 - therefore they should have ppl working more or less 24/7 - or at least a couple monitoring the game and others on stand by. It's unrealistic to think the game wont error during weekends.</p><p>/Frustrated, impatient and all that "good" stuff.</p>

<p>Regrettably, DanielH and I aren't usually kept here over the weekends and E-mail support becomes the primary method of communication. Is this still an issue, however? There was word of it when I came in this morning but it has since clamed down.</p>

<p>This issue still happens intermittently to me. For a couple hours at a time when I attempt to log on any toon within my guild hall it will take forever to load and then eventually boot me to character select. It is not necessarily happening to the rest of the guild when it happens to me. It has happened to me on both accounts, both PCs- the old flaky PC and the newer one equally.</p><p>I dual box and I have noticed (on the account which I am sucessfully logged in to) that the character on the box which is loading comes online and stays online for a good 5 minutes, appears to disconnect then about 3 minutes later is booted to the character select screen.</p><p>To avoid it, I've just been logging outside the door of the guild hall. Zoning in once I am online seems to pose no isse.</p>

<p>Our guild has the same problem, with the frequency being different for each person, ranging from 5% to 95% of the guild recalls causing a crash. The guild house is small with fewer than 500 items in it, so that isn't the issue.</p>
