<p>Okay i been playing eq2 since 07 and i had the account for eq1 since 02 in eq2 my main char was 57 now they lvl'd to 70 with new gear but my other char gear was stolen they made other chars on my account all in one week why? did iget banned but i can log into eq1 with same account i don't know if this is the right place to scream in but i wanrt my account back because i didn't do crap and this support is weird soemone get back at me at <a href="mailto:

[email protected]</a> and their zeros between b and f if you cant see it.....thanks</p>

[email protected]</a> and their zeros between b and f if you cant see it.....thanks</p></blockquote><p>First you need to utilize a reputable, up to date anti-virus scan to remove any issues such as key loggers or other information theft routinces from your machine, if you use the same logon and password on 3rd party forums as the one you use for the game you need to change that. 3rd party forums are nortorious in the most part for a noticable lack of security on the accounts. It is also a good idea to utilize a online scanning service such as trend micro, bit defender or the like for a scan of your system</p><p>If you do not know the new password, contact live support duringtheir normal business hours to assist you in resecuring your account, be sure to be ready to supply proof of ownership for the account. They are open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM pacific, make sure to adjust those hours to match the time zone that you live in. They can assist you in recovering your account, but in eq1 and in eq2 - they should also be able to start the proceedure need to verify the gear missing and recover or restore it for you. If not you will need to /petition in each game for a gm to assist you.</p><p>In most cases account issues cannot be handled on the open forum</p>

<p>As already suggested, no one on the forums can help you with this directly. I would try to email or contact Customer support to see if they can help you. <p>Well i can still access my account for eq1 swq and what not i had station access and my email is different i use diffeen't passwords for almost everything</p>

You posting status indicates General which shows that is no active EQ2 subscription. Not really sure what you are trying to say now.</p>

<p>Meaning i am only temp banned/suspended from eq2 but not eq1 or any other station game i played just oone game it doesn';t make sense i didnt understand the support forums i got an email from them saying with 72 hours of me not responding then they assume its fix but i am calling tomorrow anyways i got my cd key the info i need they should and better fix it <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and i hope they do</p>

<p>You will definitely need to contact our support line to resolve this issue. We'll take steps to secure the account and then the in game team can try to restore anything that was lost while the account was compromised.</p>
