bought shadow odyssey retail but won't activate

<p>hello i recently bought the shadow oddyssey retail for my account and when i entered the activation code it said there was an error try again later. i tried again later and it said i have used this activation coda already, but none of my characters have access to the shadow odyssey.  Any help would be much appreciated.</p>

<p>please be advised, I bought a 2nd game, EQ2 rise of kunark, and the activation key says i have alread activated it.</p><p>I did activate a 14 day trial, but i want the whole game not a 14 day trail.</p><p>I keep getting info that the key is invalid. and yes i triple checked the key numbers and alphabets.</p>
