/petition cannot type

<p>Hi,</p><p>I am attempting to use the in game support and after i bring up the form through /petition i cannot type in it. I cannot even go back to my eq2 chat windows and type. My game doesnt exactly lock up but it no longer functions properly and i have to end task through a cntl alt del to get my keyboard working again.</p><p>I can tab through the different fields and click on different tabs but thats about it.</p><p>This happens on all of my computers using xp and/or vista.</p><p>I have tried using the default ui as well as my usual profit ui.</p><p>Is there any solution to this? <p>Greetings,</p><p>You can also submit a petition through the knowledgebase, here:</p><p><a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...ser/std_alp.php</a></p><p>Select the 'Email Support' tab and you will be able to submit a petition.</p><p>You might want to try moving all of these files to a different folder if you want to use the in game petition system:</p><p>cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exee q2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniSt ationname_characters.ini</p><p>Those files will be in the Everquest 2 directory.  Removing them will reset the UI and control settings.</p>
