Illy TSO 2 piece bonus, bugged?

<p>Well I got my second piece of TSO gear today, and I equiped it only to find that it didnt do what the description said. The description stated that it adds a 5% combat art and spell crit bonus to the spell Mana Cloak III.</p><p><img src="http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/TerriusTelemnar/Setbonus.jpg" /></p><p>So according to that, Mana cloak should gain 5% crit bonus. However mana cloak examines as such:</p><p><img src="http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/TerriusTelemnar/ManaCloak.jpg" /></p><p>Not really complaining, however thought it would be nice if the bonus and the actual effect matched.</p>

<p>Okay I was about to head off to bed but the 2-set bonus has ALWAYS been base damage...I'll log in and double check when I wake up, thats just bizarre.</p>

<p>It's been this way since beta, multiple /bugs and posts about it on the beta boards kind of were glanced over because in the overall scheme of things, it's not a big issue, considering that it isn't even very useful overall because of the way the ability works.</p>
