My guild hall apeared to crash 3 hours ago. I couldn't interact with anything. Doors, bells, npc's, not even the menu button would work. Voice chat worked. I had my 2 accounts logged in and my wife had hers on. Two other guild members were also in the Hall. Through voice I learned my guild members in the hall were having the same problem.

I finally decided to close the program thruogh windows on all 3 accounts. When I get back to the character select screen I get the message about character in-game please wait. It's been 3 hours. I used the Station account support tab and put in a petition for the problem 2 hours ago. No response.

I'd like to play...

Same position I'm in. I have an open window with live chat, waiting in queue for an agent. Hopefully they will be able to kick the phantom me out of game so the real me can play!

It looks like a zone server or three may have gone temporarily insane - are any other characters stuck at this point?
