Connection problem (EQII)

<p>I can't get into EQII when I try to it says Trying to connect to server #1 then 2 then 3 and so on. Sooner or later it says The server might be busy. But then my brother tries to play and it works fine. I didn't even make a character yet... Also I have Windows XP x64 Edition</p><p>-Red3221</p>

<p>Are you both playing on the same computer?  If not, then it sounds like a firewall blocking the game.  Open the exception list for your firewall and delete any entries that contain the words 'EQ2', 'Everquest 2', or 'Launchpad'.  After you have deleted those entries you can try to start the game again.  If you're using Vista then make sure to start the game by right clicking and selecting 'run as an administrator'.  You should be prompted to allow the game again at that point.</p><p>Assuming it is a basic firewall issue then that should correct the problem.</p>
