<p><span ><p><strong>Error patching: problem decompressing eq2lp_templegendsofnorrathlegendsofnorrath.dll.gz</strong></p><hr size="1" /><div>any suggestions on how to fix this? deleting the folder and redownloading does nothing. tried a fresh install and same problem occurring. im running windows 7 at the mo. had no problems the past few days with downloading and patchign, this occurred yesterday and is still happening now.</div></span></p>

<p>I'm not that familiar with Windows 7, but does it have the ability to right click the launch icon to run as an administrator?  It sounds like your system security is blocking that file from updating. </p>

<p>Sorry for the double post was panicking and followed another link to a diff section of this forum off google!  Got it sorted now, must have been the launcher, the one form everquest2.com sorted it out after a reinstall.  the previuos launcher i had was just googled "station launcher" and had different tabs at the top (but worked fine for the past few days).</p><p>thanks for replying though <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>I am having the same problem. I have station launcher set to run as admin. I have reinstalled the station launcher. Also, I noticed that the file it is trying to decompress isn't in the folder that it's looking for it in. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.</p>
