<p>I love the idea of the new in-game Character Transfer Tokens from Station Cash, they provide an easy, quick way to expedite such transfers. However, they appear to have created a HUGE, gaping black hole of misinformation among your online support representitives. Recently, I've been trying to transfer a few of my characters to the Bazaar, an exchange server to which transfers have always been free, for which the Tokens specifically state they are not necessary, and for which I was told last time I transfered a character there (after, again, being turned away by online support), that phone support was NOT necessary for such transfers, since they did not involve charging a credit card. However, online support seems completely oblivious to ALL of these points, going as far as to say they do not offer free transfers to exchange servers.</p><p>This problem needs to be addressed. Your people need to be made to be on the same page, because this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen, when people claim the policy is to use an item which SPECIFICALLY states it isn't necessary, and which in fact, to my knowledge is NOT EVEN CAPABLE of doing that which I desire. Basically, your support is telling me to WASTE $25 because they are either lazy, stupid, or incompetent.</p>

<p>If you know who you spoke to in our support lines, I can certainly speak with them to put us on the same page. But you're correct - there was definitely a miscommunication if that's the response you got on this situation.</p><p>If you'd like to PM me with an account name or E-mail address to send a help ticket through, I can help you get a bazaar transfer started.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I'm sorry for the confusion this issue is causing.  We have been adapting to the new service and have had to change policy several times over a short period.  At the moment we do not have the ability to transfer characters to the livegamer servers or between accounts on the livegamer servers.  I will post an update to that situation as soon as I receive one.  Let me know if you have any questions.</p>

If it will never happen or not happen for like a year or something I may as well just delete them and start over on the Bazaar. But it just feels like such a waste to throw out two level 70/70 characters.</p><p>Thank you for your time and consideration,</p><p>Tralana</p>
