As a Fury, I have several illusions to play with. Two of which are constantly cast on me at all times (Shapeshift type and Peerless Predator) since they are regular self buffs. Now, I know that the first illusion to be cast will be the one that shows, but some illusions have timers, such as the Combined Emblem of the Awakened, which transforms you into a Droag for only 25 minutes. When I want to refresh the Droag illusion, I need to first cancel all spells that cast an illusion, re-cast the Combined Emblem of the Awakened, and then re-cast the other buffs I need.

Granted this is a minor issue, but it is still quite annoying, so I propose a solution: Give the player the ability to select which illusion they want active on the fly, without having to recast anything in order. My idea was for another window to select your illusion, but the last thing we need is yet ANOTHER window! It was suggested by others to simply be able to right-click the buff it's self in the buffs window and have the illusion become the primary one that way. Another idea was to have a hotkey to toggle through currently active illusions. Both are good suggestions, and I'd be very pleased if we had a simpler way of changing faces.

What are your thoughts on being able to change illusions on the fly?

Do you have a suggestion on how to change illusions easier?

At Fan Faire it was indicated they are considering an Illusion selection window. Here's the big question. Are they ever going to make illusions actually do something, especially for illusionists? Illusionists are supposed to be the masters of illusion, but except for Rime, illusions do not change faction. They did in EQ1. In fact when the Stein of Moggok HQ went in, only Illusionists could complete it because they could change illusion (and faction) at will.

Illusionists didn't go with deities for this reason.
