Issue with upbeat tempo?

<p>For about a week now it appears that at times Upbeat Tempo is not giving any cast speed bonus. Has anyone else noticed this?</p>

<p>You sure you aren't either a) Capped for spell haste at any given time, or b) So high up the diminishing returns curve that cast haste doesn't do anything significant?</p>

<p>No, it seems that my casting actually goes down to base speed without buffs. This is on trash also, not a mob with a debuff. I've talked to a few other people and they say they've noticed something similar but the buff icon does not drop, so we dont know if it's real or all in our heads. I'm pretty experienced though and I'm fairly sure what I'm noticing as a massive drop in cast speed is real. Also it's not all the time, the benefits seem to drop off halfway through a zone. I've also been watching to make sure my troub isnt dead or that the monk in raid isnt dead at these times as well.</p>

<p>Actually I noticed the same thing with time compression tonight as well, for some reason everything was going fine then all my spells seemd to just slow down it was like non of the spell haste was actually working not just the buffs. Then it would return to normal after I reapplyed wicked wand of malice or tc was re-applied. Both of thsoe seemed ot resetit, its like the server didn't recogonize the casting haste effect until a new one was re-applied.</p><p>Compas</p><p>80 Necromancer</p><p>Unrest</p>

<p>I've noticed it recently as well, its only slightly slower than Time compression normally but lately the speed increase doesnt seem to be applying.</p>
