Hi guys I had to recently format my computer, I am re patching the game from fresh and it is starting to take a great deal of time. I think I"m roughly 20 hours into it , I am curious just how large the game is now with all the expansions and adventure pack so I can get a better feel for how long it is going to take me to get back into the game .

The patcher doesn't seem to be hanging up on any particular file it just seems to be taking awhile for the whole process. I have adjusted my firewall to grant access to the eq2 programs so I doubt that's an issue at this point also I am hooked through wireless to a cable connection. I have tried the stop and restart method on the patcher and it seems to get around to the same file and time as well. Any further advice on how to speed up the process will be appreciated .

clean install, no screen shots, logs or custom UI = 11GB

I don't remember if the 11GB includes the optional downloads, but I don't think it does. If you're planning to get all the optional downloads(selectable through the 'preferences' menu), then add around 1.5GB to that number.

I have a suggestion! Why not let the patcher show how much data is left to download instead of estimated time, since time change depending on network speed but amount of data should not.

I would also recommend posting on our Station Launcher forums as well so you can speak directly with the development members if you'd like!

It's very handy to have that information though!

Sorry was little fast there it seems it was just the "copy" part after clicking the "test" button on the patcher, when it actuly started patching it was the old timer who was way off, it went down to 0 and both bars was full and still kept patching for another 20 mins or so.
