<p>Okay the whole message is/ Everquest user optimized:SOE build=5740L</p><p>                               "0x00426c95" refrenced memory at "0x011013074" the memory could net be "read"</p><p>then the only option i have left is to terminate. Im on a trial account and its already starting to count the days down and Im not able to play. First what does it mean and how do I take care of it asap so I can play and stop waisting days. </p><p>Thank you</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It's definitely a memory error but it could be the RAM or the graphics card based on the information you provided.  Could you provide some basic information about your computer setup?  Knowing your RAM configuration and you graphics card and driver date should be sufficient, but the first section or 2 of your dxdiag file would be ideal.</p>

<p>okay how do I find that information out? I know theres this one thing that tells you your comp set up but I forgot how to get to it.</p>
