<p>I have cancelled my account for good. I have been a customer since Fennin Ro EQ1.</p><p>I was absent from the game since 3/09. I received an email about an account banning. I called tech support and was told that someone was trying to access my account and failed on secret question and credit card info. I then asked the pleasent TS person for help and she turned my station account back on after I provided all the correct info. I thought all was well and the proper security procedures had worked, I was told that no one had hacked my account or that there was any activity.</p><p>I figured I would take advantage of the EXP/AA weekend and re-subscribed. I update and re-installed the new launcher and all seems well except I only see 3 toons instead of the 12 or so I had. I contact TS on Monday the 6th and they cant figure out what was wrong(it is appearing I am bugged or stuck in trial mode, fix is tried with no luck), the trouble ticket is escalated. </p><p>I am contacted today with an email that only wants to re hash the hour or more I spent on Monday.</p><p>No surprise the billing of the 6th went through with no problems.</p><p>I have alot of emotion and man hours invested and it is sad to see it all go away.</p><p>There are many choice in this market now and I will execute my consumer choice somewhere else.</p><p>Good luck to you all and I hope your expierences are better.</p>
