View Full Version : Stuck Character when Loading for the second time.

<p>I went to load into the game today and just before I got the load bar it says this "There was technical difficulties loading your character. Please log into another character on the same account and submit a customer service ticket for assitance by using the /petition command and selecting the stuck character category."  This is the second time this has happend to me the first time was with My main Rada he was lost for nearly 6 days before you fixed it.  The thing is I also lost about 100 plat and about 200 plat in silicate sandpaper for tradeskilling,  since that is all he does.  Now I hope that doesnt happen again because I got a about 2k in plat on This toon who it happened to this time (for the SECOND TIME on my account) and about 200-300 stacks of the sacred incense.  So what do you have to say now?  Because the last time you filled my ears with crap you all said that this has never happened and that it was a fluke. </p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I'm sorry to say that we wont be much help with this issue over the forums.  You are currently speaking with the technical support department and we don't have the tools to handle bugged character issues.  Have you submitted a petition to the GMs yet?  They should be able to resolve this for you.</p>

<p>Yeah I submitted one then called you guys then they told me to submitt another ticket so I did now its the waiting game.  I am really worried because the last time you would not reimburse my plat so what happens to me if I lose my plat again, am I SOL AGAIN?  Just send the problem up the ladder to the Eq2 dev team to bypass all the crap like you all put me throught the last time.</p>

<p>I can at least check on the status of the ticket and give you a good idea of what's going on if you can PM me with the ticket reference #. If there's somewhere I can place the ticket so it can be better handled, I will.</p>

<p>So let me get this straight I have something happen to me that really hasnt happened to anyone,  and not only did it take you a while to fix it and stole my plat off my toon AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FLUKE, but my goodness it happened again.  This game is turning into World of Warcraft where you work real hard to get you stuff you need and its GONE, because of thieves.  Are you thieve's Sony?  I understand it takes time to work through this but this is on track  to put me through the same drag me to hell and back process then jump over the river and through the woods just to get it fixed.                                                             </p><p>YOU GET I AM MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p><p>I hope you understand that you robbed me the first time, and I am not happy that this has happened to me a SECOND time but I am preping for the worst.</p>
