Hi,

After my account was reactivated I converted to an active subscription again, but the item that was advertised that I would get for doing so is nowhere to be found. I woul think it would show in the claimable items list (/claim) but it isn't. Am I missing something?

Wear the cloak during your travels to receive a run speed increase of 25%!

------

Looks to me that this cloak is a reward for converting to a subscription. This doesn't rule out of course it cannot be a reward for something else as well.

Has your billing cycle officially started? If you're still in the 14 free days it won't show up in the /claim menu. You have to wait for your card to actually be billed.

Yes the billing cycle started, that was the first thing I waited for. free period ended 03-07, I converted to supscription still within the free period, at which point a dummy-billing occured (0.00 Euro). Real billing occurred on 04-07 for the regular subscription amount. 05-07 I decided to check for the claimable item both in game with /claim and in my subscription information in the list of entitlements and after that I decided to post here.

It does sound like you should have the item. My recommendation towards getting the best assistance with your issue is sending a petition to our EQ2 GM support team. You can do so within the game itself or just from the help section of our station.com site - if you have any trouble with this process, however, let me know!
