<p>How can Death March and Bloodletter be improved/scaled in T9?</p><p>My opinion:</p><p>Death March II(1) Make Death March a raidwide buff.(2) Make the hate amount and the effects of "On the march" scaled in T9.(3) Make the duration of "On the march" longer than now.</p><p>Bloodletter II(1) Make the trigger of Bloodletter 2 times, not 1 time.(2) Make Bloodletter be able to be used in a raid which has more than 2 Shadowknights. Currently, only one Shadowknight can use Bloodletter in a raid which has more than 2 Shadowknights.(3) Make Bloodletter have an immune to debuff. That is to say, any debuff can't erase Bloodletter.</p>
