Character transfer doesn't work

<p>I have been trying to access the character transfer service today and found that it isn't functioning. It sends me to a webpage that says:</p><h1>Forbidden</h1><p>You don't have permission to access /eq2ctservice/TransferOrder.m on this server.</p><hr /><address>Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8g mod_jk2/2.0.4 Server at secure.station.sony.com Port 443</address><address></address><address></address><address></address><address></address><address></address><address></address><address>Anyone know what is going on with this?</address><address> </address>

<p>character transfers are manual at the moment</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=452458">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=452458</a></p><p>If you are not in a big hurry might be a good idea to wait for awhile - it was annouced that the cost of the transfer will be going down and it will be handled through station cash, although no eta has been given at the moment</p>
