Unable to send/recieve private messages

<p>Hi. For some reason my account has been flagged and I've been prevented from sending or recieving private messages. Can you please check into this and fix please? Tried to PM Kiara and it wont go thru. <p>The title of "General" is my guild rank. I currently have an EQ2 subscription and as far as I know I've never done anything to warrant a flag on my account. Thanks though.</p>
