My stuff is all gone

Recovered my account only to find out i have no characters i had 4 mid lvl toons 40ish with a mount  which 50 was the lvl cap when i played  high and low 20s.. now i only have a lvl 1 froglock and the server my account was on is now unrest it used to be neriak. spent may ours on those toons is there away for my to recover them? I read on the sony website that they would not be lost and would be recovered once i restored my account. the big reason i came back to eq2 can someone please help me thanks</p>

If there where on different regions then you need to change the region on the patcher.</p><p>Other then that you can /petition in game on the character that is left to have them look into what is wrong -</p>

<p>50s mean your left before or shortly after Desert of Flames. About a year (or two) after that we had a server transfer thing that was free to everyone. During that free server transfer you may have lost your name because of the last time you logged in on your account. But in no way should you have lost your gear or toons.</p><p>In the EULA Sony reserves the right to cancel accounts after a certain period of time. However, I have yet to hear of one situation where someone actually did lose their toons and/or gear. With that said I believe the above poster to be correct. Log in the game and /petition. Until then, keep your chin held high and create a new toon. There alot you've missed and it's a completely new game from what you were used to. Try the fae and the quests out in Kelethin. They're a blast!</p><p>Welcome back!</p>

<p>It's actually probably better to start with a fresh toon, run through gorowyn to get to 20 or so, then go into EoF questlines.</p><p>A level 50 from before AA's were around would probably have a longer road just to get their AA's in line than a new toon getting there.</p><p>Not that it really matters since the old ones should be available anyway.  Hopefully someone didn't just gain access and delete the old characters.  I got an email five years after I quit EQ1 saying I'd been suspended for profanities in the public channels.  I went back to see what was there, the toons were but they'd been deleveled repeatedly and were naked.</p><p>Kids have too much time on their hands.</p>

<p>Glad to hear you're on the right track! I'm sure the GM support can locate anything that was removed provided it hasn't been TOO long since you last played.</p>
