Dual Wield Weapon Delay

<p>I'm a 72 bruiser now, Im using the "closing time" weapons, 1.6 delay, I think like 72 dps or so.  Im wondering if its better to upgrade to a 72 mastercraft weapon, it has like a 4 sec delay but hits a good bit harder.  I also have very little haste type gear at this point in time.</p>

<p>i'd say upgrade if you group alot with people who can buff your haste.   If your soloing most of the time, then the 1.6 delays weapons will probably work pretty good for you with regards to timing auto attacks. </p>
