I just signed up for the Station Pass. I'd like to take advantage of the Account Consolidation, but I'm not sure how to go about this. I read in the FAQ that you designate one account as the primary, and the other account as the secondary, but I'm not sure where to set this up.

Thanks

Greetings,

When we perform an account consolidation we will move all of your games onto one account. We can only do it if that account doesn't already contain the game, though. To start the process you will want to contact our support through phone or e-mail so that we can start on the process for you.

Please keep in mind that certain things will not transfer to the main account. I have included an excerpt from the account consolidation form that describes what will not move. Please look this over and let me know if you have any questions:

- The following features and in-game items for my games will be lost and not transferred O EverQuest, EverQuest2, Star Wars Galaxies Veteran Rewards and time.O Legends Of Norrath cards and claim items. (Unless they are claimed to a character for the in-game item).O Star Wars Galaxies/Vanguard/PlanetSide/EverQuest Online Adventures/Matrix Online CHARACTERS. (These characters will remain on my secondary accounts, which can be reactivated if I wish to pay for a separate subscription.)- The game subscriptions from my secondary accounts will be moved to my main account. This includes all expansions.- My secondary accounts will be closed.- The remaining time on my secondary accounts to be prorated into station access time on my main account. Example: 2 day's of regular game time would be transferred into 1 day of Station Access.- (Please note that time will not be transferred until the main account is set up with the Station Access subscription.)- SOE OR IT'S EMPLOYEE'S WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DELETED CHARACTERS, IN-GAME ITEMS OR MONEY. This is also stated in the "End User License Agreement". This can be viewed when you start the game or at the following link: http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...p?p_faqid=16210

Thanks Daniel. That may be a problem for me, as I have an old account with some EQ2 characters I'd like to transfer to the new account, but it already has EQ2 on it. By your description, it sounds like that can't be done.

Is there a way to get my characters from that old account transferred to the new one? I remember reading something about a $50.00 charge...is that per character?

The transfer service costs $50 per character at the moment and you would need to call us so that we can perform the transfer. In the future it will be moving to the station cash marketplace and will be $25 per character. I don't have specific information about when that change will occur, though. It's up to you if you want to wait or not.

So moving a character from one Account to another Account will be $25 as well? But over the phone?

This is not in place at the moment and the current transfer cost is still 50.

The $25 price was announced, but that might just be for standard server-to-server transfers. I will post more information as I receive it.
